ABSD provides a free URL shortening service that allows users to create shortened links from long URLs. The Service also includes QR code generation for shortened links.

3. Service Availability

The Service may be interrupted, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice. ABSD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently, with or without notice and without liability to you.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to shorten URLs that link to:

  • Illegal content or activities
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious software
  • Phishing or fraudulent websites
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material
  • Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Spam or unsolicited commercial content

ABSD reserves the right to disable any shortened link that violates these terms without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

ABSD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • The deletion, corruption, or failure to store any content
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Service

6. Data Collection

When you use the Service, we may collect:

  • The original URLs you submit for shortening
  • Your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention
  • Basic analytics data (click counts, referrers)

We do not sell your data to third parties. Data may be retained for the duration of the shortened link's existence.

7. Link Expiration

Shortened links may be subject to expiration or removal at ABSD's discretion. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any shortened link.

8. Modifications to Terms

ABSD reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
